Catch-all Emails in Hosting
In case you’ve got a hosting plan with us and you want to enable the catch-all option for a certain e-mailbox that you’ve got in the account, it will take literally just a single click of the mouse in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel to do this. A catch-all button is available on the right side of each email address that you have set up under any domain name hosted in your account. You can select one single email address per domain by clicking the corresponding button. This will enable the feature instantly, so all emails sent to mistyped email addresses will be re-sent there. Clicking the button for a second time will turn off the catch-all feature. In case you’ve got activated email forwarding, our system will show a cautionary notice and you won’t be able to activate the catch-all feature unless you remove the forwarding or you can simply select another mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
You’ll be able to configure a catch-all address with no more than one click if you’ve got a Linux semi-dedicated server with our company and your email messages are handled by our cloud hosting platform. All the email addresses that you set up using any domain hosted in the semi-dedicated hosting account will be shown in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel. Each of them will have a tiny "Catch-all" icon next to it, so all it will take to activate this feature will be to click that icon. In the same way you will be able to turn off the feature, if you do not need it any longer. Our system will warn you if you’re trying to enable a second catch-all address for a given domain or if there is activated email forwarding, but it’ll never alter or disable any feature automatically and without your approval.
